Soprano Katherine Saik holds a Masters degree in voice performance from the Manhattan School of Music, where she studied with Neil Rosenshein. While in school, she was awarded first place in the Eisenberg-Fried Concerto Competition, and second place in the Alan and Joan Taub Ades Vocal Competition. She performed several scenes with the Contemporary Opera Ensemble, was a member of the cast of Discover Opera! and appeared as a soloist in the Manhattan School of Music Chamber Music Festival and with the Manhattan School of Music Symphony and Symphonic Choir's performance of Poulenc's Gloria.
Recent performances include Mimi in La Boheme, the soprano soloist in Carmina Burana, Poulenc's Gloria andKnoxville: Summer of 1915.
